Specifically, we worked with a growing client whose wrinkle reduction product combined high quality and effectiveness with honest ingredients and labeling. The ingredients used in their products have a long history of therapeutic use and are supported by volumes of scientific research.
KPI Direct was tasked with promoting their proven clinical efficacy as well as superior performance through an integrated digital marketing campaign. We were able to create a targeted paid search brand awareness campaign as well as a controlled social marketing strategy that focused on educating the user on the benefits of the product.
The social campaign encompassed both proactive reach out and engagement strategies as well as a solid reputation management effort that provided rapid and timely responses within multiple social platforms.
