About The Client
KPI Direct was asked to help a client with innovative patient monitoring solutions to introduce their product to the world. The client created sleep monitoring devices designed to enhance patient safety and reduce risk for general care patients. Their patient monitoring sleep systems were used in hospitals and healthcare centers as well as individual consumers.
Because their products were new and innovative, we had the challenge of trying to present the product in a simplistic manner as well as clearly and quickly highlighting the competitive advantages in a increasingly crowded market. Additionally, our digital marketing efforts were targeting an older demographic, which presented a shift in traditional digital marketing strategies.
By combining a highly-targeted paid search campaign with offline marketing efforts, we were able to hone in on the right types of users, allowing for a very efficient media spend effort. We also concepted and managed all organic and paid social marketing initiatives, allowing us to increase both brand awareness and overall engagement. The client has seen positive results in both it’s ability to present the new technology to the world as well as generate direct sales through online channels.
